Archer Expands Sales Leadership to Drive Key Industry Expertise and Enhance Focus on ESG
November 10, 2021—Overland Park, KS. Today, Archer®, an RSA business and a leading provider of integrated risk management (IRM) solutions, announced expansion of its sales leadership team to drive key industry expertise and enhanced focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG). Kathleen Randall has joined Archer to serve as vice president of sales, Americas and 16-year Archer veteran Scott Rawa will serve as vice president of sales, ESG, leading a dedicated team for Archer ESG initiatives.

Randall is a long-time, recognized industry expert in risk management, SaaS and enterprise software solutions. Previously, she served as director of risk solutions sales at ServiceNow, where she led the U.S. central and western territory sales team and drove go-to-market strategy, and served as executive vice president of SureCloud’s Americas business. With 20 years of business-to-business consulting, go-to-market planning and enterprise software sales for start-up and market-leading companies across diverse industries and territories, Randall has proven experience driving strategic growth initiatives.

A long-time member of the Archer sales leadership team, Rawa will take on new leadership role in the Archer sales organization, focused on building a dedicated team for Archer ESG initiatives. In this role, Rawa will collaborate closely with ESG strategic leadership and members of the Archer product development team, leveraging his deep familiarity with the Archer customer base to help support Archer customers’ ESG maturity development as they work to identify, track and respond to the many risks surrounding program success.
