Sarah Kahler
Director, Operations
As Director of Business Operations, Sarah is responsible for global operations, business transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs in alignment with overall company strategy.
Sarah held several roles within RSA, a leader in cybersecurity and risk management solutions. As the Director of Business Transformation, she worked with RSA and Dell functions to prepare for the purchase of RSA by Symphony Technology Group from Dell. Prior to that, Sarah acted as the Global Services Lead for EMEA providing strategic direction for Services Pre-sales, Customer Success and Professional Services teams. She also spent time as the Archer Services Product Lead, providing industry and product expertise to a global, product-aligned services team. When she joined RSA, Sarah managed consulting operations for the Advanced Cyber Defense Practice and was responsible for overall management of daily practice operations.
Sarah possess over 22 years of combined experience in management consulting and professional services organizations for worldwide strategic consulting firms and technology companies. Sarah's breadth of experiences also includes management and consulting for various enterprises including Archer Technologies, RSA's Professional Services practice and Accenture's Consulting division.
Sarah received her BA in Business Administration and BS in International Studies degrees from University of Missouri in 1998.
